§ 5.30.140. General restrictions.
During any dance conducted on the licensed premises the following restrictions shall apply:
A.
The licensee shall at all times during a dance and after conclusion of a dance at any time after a dance when participants remain in or near the licensed premises maintain at least one employee whose duties are devoted solely to the provision of security during and after the dance. Any person employed by the licensee for security purposes must clear a police background check demonstrating that said person has not been convicted of a felony, has not been convicted of any offense against children or has not been declared a sexually dangerous person pursuant to the laws of the State of Illinois or any similar law of the United States or any other state.
B.
No smoking, illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages shall be permitted on the licensed premises.
C.
Police officers employed by the village, sheriff's deputies employed by Woodford County and state police officers may walk through the licensed premises at any time during a dance or at any other time when members of the general public are present on or near the licensed premises following a dance.
D.
The licensee shall not allow loitering or gatherings of patrons outside of the licensed premises. In the event loitering or gatherings persist despite a request by the licensee or his agents that participants disperse, the licensee or his agents shall immediately contact the police department.
E.
The licensee shall each month provide the police department with a schedule showing the dates of all dances to be conducted on the licensed premises during the following month.
