§ 6.08.020. Impoundment on private property.

A.

Any person finding any dog running at large upon his property may take up the dog and remove it or have it impounded.

B.

Any person finding any animal running at large upon his property to his injury, damage or unreasonable annoyance may take up the animal and remove it or have it impounded.
