§ 8.04.210. Violation—Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of of this chapter shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provisions of this Code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable under this section as such. The penalty specified in this section shall be in addition to liability for any expenses incurred in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
