§ 9.04.010. Maintaining house of ill-fame.

Any person who is guilty of keeping, maintaining or contributing, directly or indirectly, to the support of any house of ill-fame, or house of assignation, or place used for the practice of fornication or adultery within the village, or within three miles of the village, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than two hundred dollars for each offense.
