§ 9.04.020. Maintaining house of ill-fame—Penalty.

If any person shall knowingly suffer or permit any premises occupied by him or her, or under his or her control, within the village or within three miles thereof, to be used as a house of ill-fame, or house of assignation, or as a place for the practice of fornication or adultery, every such person shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each offense.
