§ 9.04.050. Defense to prosecution.

No person shall be subject to any penalty whatever for or on account of any admission, evidence or testimony which he or she may make or give as a witness in any court concerning his or her being an occupant or inmate of, or being found in any house of ill-fame, or house of assignation or gaming house, or place used for the practice of fornication or adultery.
