§ 9.24.020. Malicious mischief or destruction.

    It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully and maliciously tear up, injure, deface or destroy any sidewalk, curbing or street surface; or any fire alarm, sewer drain or other municipal improvement; or any building, or other property, real or personal, belonging to the village; or any property used in any business impressed with a public interest and usually designated as a public service corporation, i.e., the property of any gas, electric, telephone, cable TV or other utility company.

    B.

    It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully and maliciously interfere or meddle in any way with the operation of any such business, as above enumerated.
