§ 9.24.040. Criminal damage to property.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully and maliciously:
A.

Damage, deform or destroy any real or personal property of another without the consent of the owner thereof; or

B.

Deface any real or personal property of another without the consent of the owner thereof by the use of paint, oil or any other substance.
