§ 9.32.030. Resisting arrest.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or willfully resist an arrest which he knows is being made by a police officer, or by a private person summoned and directed by a police officer to make an arrest, even if he believes that the arrest is unlawful and the arrest is in fact unlawful.
