§ 9.36.030. Penalties.

Any person who violates or assists in the violations of any provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a petty offence and shall be fined for each such violation as follows:
1.

The first violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of no less than two hundred fifty dollars nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars.

2.

A second violation of this chapter by the same person, within a twelve-month period shall be punishable by a fine of no less than five hundred dollars nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars.

3.

A third or subsequent violation of this chapter be the same person, within a twelve-month period shall be punishable by a fine of no less than seven hundred fifty dollars.

Each day of which, or during which, a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
