§ 12.24.020. Observation by employee of the village.

Any person receiving permission from the village for the trimming, cutting, severing or removal of any tree, or any part of any trees, located on public grounds or in the public right-of-way shall notify the department of public works at least twenty-four hours before the commencement of such activity. The department of public works may at its discretion place an employee of the village at the site of such activity to observe but not direct or supervise the activity.
