§ 13.12.025. Special rates for nonstandard wastes.

Should the village board elect to approve a permit for discharge of nonstandard waste, the user charge imposed shall be determined by the village board in consultation with the village engineers, but after taking into account the volume, composition and other characteristics of the nonstandard waste. Similarly, the village board may establish a special charge for substances discharged with the superintendent's approval pursuant to Section 13.56.050 hereof.
