§ 13.24.025. Additional permit requirements for industrial users.

After receiving a permit authorizing discharge of waste, no industrial user shall discharge any nonstandard waste nor shall any industrial user initiate, establish or commence any new or additional process which results in the discharge of waste into the village's wastewater facilities other than that identified in the user's application for connection without first applying for and obtaining an additional permit for each such process or waste in accordance with the procedures established in this title.
