§ 13.68.030. Failure to comply.

Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 13.68.020 shall be fined in an amount not less than twenty-five dollars and not exceeding five hundred dollars for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
