§ 13.68.035. Disconnection of water service for failure to comply with regulations.

At any time any violation of any provision of this title exists on any property, including without limitation, any such violation pertaining to the use, maintenance or operation of either the waterworks or sanitary sewer system of the village, then the water service at the location of the violation may at the option of the village be disconnected until such time as the violation has been remedied.
