§ 13.68.040. Person in violation liable for cost to village.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the village by reason of such violation, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees whether such attorney's fees are incurred for the purpose of negotiation, trial, appellate or other legal services and also including, without limitation, other reasonable professional fees incurred by the village for engineering and accounting services.
