§ 15.36.030. Evidence of disconnection of utilities.

A permit to demolish, wreck or remove any building or structure or part thereof, shall not be issued by the village until written evidence has been submitted to the director of inspections of the village's building inspections department, verifying that all utility service connections and appurtenant equipment has been removed, disconnected, sealed or plugged in a safe and appropriate manner.
