§ 2.72.060. Anticipated value changes not to be taken into account.

It should be mentioned further that it is the obligation of the village not to take into account any change in the value of the property, either up or down, caused by the planned project. The village will comply with this requirement. If physical deterioration within the reasonable control of the owner has taken place, this is, of course, taken into consideration.
