§ 2.72.080. Retention of personal property.

If the owner has any fixtures, shrubbery or other improvements on the property scheduled for acquisition that he wishes to keep, the owner should contact the village as soon as possible so that the appraisers, relocation and acquisition personnel may consider all feasible methods of handling the removal of these items. The owner must be able to provide assurance that he has the capacity to remove such improvements.
