§ 3.26.030. Notification to holder of imposition of service provider fee.

Upon receipt of a notice from a holder of the holder's intent to offer cable service or video service within the corporate limits of the village, the village clerk shall send a copy of this chapter by mail, postage prepaid, to the address listed on the holder's application to the commission or to such other address as may be provided by the holder.
