§ 3.26.020. Notification prior to offering cable or video service.

Prior to offering cable service or video service within the corporate limits of the village, a holder shall provide written notice to the village clerk. Such notice shall be delivered to the village clerk at least ten days before the holder begins to offer cable service or video service within the corporate limits of the village.
