§ 5.08.130. Hours of sale.
A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor in the village, between the hours of one a.m. and six a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week; between the hours of two a.m. and six a.m. on Saturday; and between the hours of two a.m. and eight a.m. on Sunday.
B.
It shall be unlawful to keep open for business or to permit the public to patronize any premises where alcoholic liquors are sold at retail during the hours within which the sale of such liquor is prohibited; provided, however, that in the case of restaurants, clubs, grocery stores possessing a "package liquor" license as defined in this chapter, and drugstores, such establishments may be kept open during such hours, but no alcoholic liquor may be sold during such hours.
C.
No alcoholic liquor may be sold or served other than during the hours provided in this chapter.
