§ 5.08.140. Employment of minors.

A.

No licensee under this chapter shall employ or permit any person under the age of eighteen to handle, sell or serve alcoholic beverages or malt or vinaceous beverages for sale.

B.

No licensee under this chapter shall employ or permit any person under the age of eighteen to act as an entertainer.
