§ 5.08.230. Condition of premises.

Latest version.

All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor or for the storage of such liquor for retail sale shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall be kept in full compliance with the provisions of this chapter and other ordinances of the village regulating the condition of premises.
