§ 5.08.235. Limitations of consumption.

    Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person holding a license for the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor shall not allow the sale or consumption of alcoholic liquor on the licensed premises on the exterior of a totally enclosed permanent structure located on the licensed premises. For purposes of this section, patios, open porches, rooftops, balconies, stoops, sidewalks, yards, driveways, parking lots and other similar outside areas are deemed to be on the exterior of a totally enclosed permanent structure.

    B.

    A person holding a golf course liquor license may sell and permit the consumption of alcoholic liquor on the premises of the licensed golf course including any clubhouse or restaurant facility located on the golf course, any patio, open porch or balcony associated with any such clubhouse or restaurant facility and on or adjacent to any fairway, green or driving range which is part of the golf course.
