§ 5.28.210. Violation of Article III.

Latest version.

Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating Article III of this chapter, pertaining to the exhibition of obscene motion pictures, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars and not more than five hundred dollars and imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding six months.
