§ 6.24.020. Threatening or annoying behavior.

  • It is unlawful for any owner or possessor of an animal to permit the animal to cause reasonable fear of bodily injury to any person by attacking or threatening to attack such person, or to permit the animal to perform any act that unreasonably annoys any person. Any animal which exhibits annoying behavior as described in this section may be taken up and impounded by any village police officer, and may be redeemed pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.20.040.
